Denise was the demonstrator and she had some FANTASTIC ideas for making Reflections using her rubber stamps!!
Now... I have to say.. I was blown away by these cards!! I had *no idea* how they were made... until Denise told me the *secret ingredient*...
The Blue Silicone Craft Mat!!!
To make a Reflection of a Rubber Stamp:
- Stamp your image on your Silicone Craft Mat with a Dye or Pigment Ink
- Do a "mono-print" using a piece of card stock and transfer the image onto your paper
- NOW stamp the image again, with the same color ink as before, on your card stock paper, making sure to match up the images so it looks like a true reflection...
- Watch as your card is transformed from a basic image to a whole new design!!
This one here with the Elephant Scene from Impression Obsession is just STUNNING!!!! Denise used a Kaleidacolor stamp pad to colorize the background..
Check out this fun idea!!!
Denise used Versafine Onyx Black ink on her Silicone Craft Mat, did a mono-print onto Silver Mirri Card paper, and embossed with Detail Clear embossing powder!!!
*you can color on Mirri Card paper with your Alcohol Inks and Alcohol Blending Solution*
Noon to 1pm
